True Salon ResultsI am soooo impressed with the color results as well as customer support. My hair had been in terrible shape fine thin fried and wavy. The only way I could get even results was going to a salon. I couldn't afford it anymore. I tried this and my hair felt better! This was after I dyed it. I had not done my color properly and I showed them next I knew they sent me a free color and refunded me for the first time. I've continued to use the colors adjusting each time, skipped some shipments, added or deleted things last minute and I have referred everyone. Very happy!I have been box coloring my hair for years and loved the quiz aspect of esalon before choosing the color. I tried it out completely unsure of what I would get. When my box arrived I was BEYOND impressed with the packaging. It was so so so adorable and customized for me. I color by hair red and was trying a "golden pearl". The color is a little thinner than others I have used in the past but I had plenty of product to cover my hair. I have read some reviews saying it was hard to wash out and that is literally how it is with any box dyes. The color is a little more brown than blonde but I am still happy with it! FantasticThis was so easy to do with the step by step directions. It didn't make my hair all tangly and waxy feeling. The only downfall is the smell is strong but it doesn't last long. I will continue to buy my color from eSalon.com. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Great color even on natural black hairI first ordered last July, but my order never arrived. My replacement package arrived 2 weeks later without problems. I'm Asian with natural black hair, although my hair has been salon-colored. I've tried mass-manufactured colors but the colors are too dull. My esalon dark brown/mahogany, however, is very vibrant.
