Complete Coverage!I am 50+ and have quite a bit of gray hair. I LOVE this stuff!!Sent in a picture of my natural hair color, because I just wanted something to cover the grey hair that's creeping up on me. Perfect match!You all know the blonde hair type that makes you gag- medium blonde roots, but lenghts are everything between yellow and silver? Well I had that :P I had my natural color on the roots, so I ordered a custom blend from here to match my lenghts too. Medium blonde with a splash of ash. This is perfect! It blended just the way I dreamed it would, no more yellow hair! And the ash tone is perfect! I still have one coloring kit, but definitely gonna order more here! Thank you! LOVE this!!!I am a natural redhead and always feared the time I would have enough gray in my hair that I needed to color. I love my natural color and didn't want to lose it. It can be hard to not end up either orange or burgundy. The only way I had found to give me a natural color with gray coverage had been in a salon...which was SO expensive! After I heard about eSalon I waited months before I got the courage to try it. I was so afraid that I would end up with a color I hated! Finally, after another expensive salon visit, I decided to bite the bullet and place an order. I fully expected to have to tweak my color a few times before it was something I could live with, but was ready to give it a go. When my order arrived, I was very impressed with the professional packaging and the OCD part of me loved the organized and well labeled way that everything was presented. My custom instructions were clear and easy to follow, making my application stress free. The color that resulted was EXACTLY what I wanted! I have to admit that I was surprised to not only get such a beautiful, natural color, but that it happened in the first attempt. The shampoo and conditioner packets that came with the color left my hair so soft and healthy feeling too! That was back in December of 2014 and I've been using the same color formulation ever since. Having auto ship set up is so convenient and the few times I've had to adjust my ship date to accommodate a vacation or event have been super easy. I've saved a fortune in salon costs and honestly don't see any difference in the quality of the color or the condition of my hair. Color changeI wanted the color to be more red but instead it was darker brown. I am okay with dark brown for now but if this will be the color, then I want to keep my original color, golden brown with mahogany, 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Lovely colourLovely colour I was over the moon with this dye at first. But alas it only lasted 2 weeks before my grey was showing again. And for £14 I could get 2 hair dyes in a supermarket.
