HorribleI have colored my hair for many many years and have never been more disappointed in a product. I ordered auburn and it tinted my hair purple that washed out in one week. People had a "oh dear" look when I first colored it, asking me if I meant to color it that way. Also the final horrible side effects were that my scalp has a slight itchy feel to it still and my hair is now super brittle (I've always had pretty healthy hair). Didn't touch my highlightsMy initial request for hair color was met with an email that my stylish thought my choice was too dark. Trusting her and the process I didn't reach out. Loooove it!I'm way to low maintenance to keep my hair up at a salon, and I've done every hair no-no at Sally's. This is the perfect fit for me. I don't have to cross my fingers as I buy a color and hope for the best! The color is perfect every time. I just did the roots the past few times and I keep excepting to see a line or an obvious sign of just doing the roots- nope. You'd have no idea.
