BummedMy first esalon was amazing! It was rich, vibrant, soft and we'll covered. And it lasted quite a Long time!! This is my second time, which meant roots touch-ups only. It seemed to begin great, but within a week (not even a week) the color was fading out fast FAST! ! 2 weeks in, I can hardly tell there was a "touch up" at all :-( . Every bit of the gray that grew out was now very visible. I want to know why initially the application was amazing and why the touch up was not? Fantastic color and experienceThe color was exactly what I expected. It was easy enough to apply that my 12 year old daughter did it for me. All of the little extras - gloves, application brush, stain remover, etc. made everything go smoothly. Perfect shade of red!I love my new color! I went from boring blonde to radiant red! The color blended perfectly, although the fumes were strong. The kit and instructions were easy to follow. I had initially miscommunicated what I wanted, but called customer service that quickly turned around my color formula and shipped my kit asap!
