Like it easy to useIt was very easy to use. My hair came out to red though. I wanted more of the beige blonde. But for some reason it happens when I try to do my own hair. Loved the kit. DisappointedSo disappointed I asked for dark brown and my hair is now black!! I have three colours in my hair now because you coloured my hair black. I have black roots now dark brown in the middle section and light brown at my ends! So disappointed I told all my family and friends about this and I feel really let down. I even sent a picture of my hair! Maybe next time you should ask what colours people use previously so this does not happen again. I was hoping to re use but looks like I won't be.
