Was awesome at first, gotten terribleWhen I first signed up for esalon, I loved the color and everything about the product. The last few shipments though have been terrible. When applied to my hair it immediately became gummy and thick, and was impossible to get out of my hair. In addition, for a day or two, my hair was sticky and oily in appearance no matter how long I rinsed and rinsed and rinsed and rinsed. I give up. Hair color not as advertisedThe color hardly made a change in my light brown roots. I used the esalon program and selected the lightest color that it offered me. I LOVE it!After years of using store bought dyes and one costly mess up (purchased a cheaper dye and ended up paying a salon almost $200.00 to repair the problem), I took a chance with eSalon and I will never use a store brand again! I absolutely love being part of the process and I feel like the colorist really listen to the feed back and make the adjustments I want. My first order the color had a bit more red to it than I wanted, I asked for less red and my second (and now third) orders have been the perfect color!
