FrustratedI don't like the way this site is set up. I think u should be able to go in and change ur hair color by urself at anytime u like. I would like to change my hair color my hair is darker now then when I first started this plan so I need to completely redo my hair color and it won't let me do it and it is very frustrating not to be able to do so myself. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Horrible.I ordered light brown and what was sent to me was almost black. My hair is ruined and I'm totally horrified that I need to go to work looking like someone else. It's so dark I'm virtually unrecognizable. Also why did the price go up $10 dollars that's way to expensive especially when the color is WAY OFF. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Love new colorMy new color is everything I wanted it to be! I wanted to darken my bleached ends to blend more with my natural color. The colorist created a color richer and darker than my ends, but with a tiny bit more red and lightness to brighten up my natural color. I painted in the color starting at the ends, and adding some strands up near the roots to unify the color. The result couldn't be better! My hair looks completely natural, but much richer, with copper/ blonde highlights. Love it! 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Happy hair!This color was worth the few bucks more than I spend at the store. The gray coverage was much better, and I noticed it did last longer than the store brands. LOVE this company!! Fantastic product, service and support!My colourist worked closely with me and suggested a different shade than I had originally chosen, based on the photo I sent in. She was RIGHT!! The colour was perfect for me and the product quality is great! There is little to no dripping while applying as well the colour doesn't fade like the usual store bought products I have used for years. SO GLAD I found this website!! Finally...Grey coverage at home.The color came out beautiful. I am so pleased. It is definitely salon grade color as it completely covered my greys in half the time it takes with the drug store box, which usually does not completely cover.
