Won't do it againFirst let me start with the positive. The customer service is great. They are responsive, helpful, and very polite. Also, the color (so far) is nice and is the exact color I requested. The bad.... I filled out my profile explaining that it had been a couple of months since my last full color and also stating that I have very long, very thick hair with stubborn grays. They sent me one bottle for roots. This is when I contacted them and they were very helpful and sent me enough to do all of my hair without charging me extra. I really appreciated that. I colored my hair this morning and it was just like using any home product. Put it in, wait, and rinse/wash/condition. Well... trying to rinse this stuff out is a nightmare. It's so very waxy feeling. My hair felt like it was totally coated in wax and my hands felt waxy too. And they send one tiny packet of shampoo and conditioner. Again, I have really long, thick hair. This wasn't near enough. I had to wash my hair several times to get it to feel soft. Now my hair is really dry and hard to brush as it breaks off, but the color is good. I will wait to see how long it lasts before it fades. I will be sticking with the store brand. I was really excited to try this and I am equally as disappointed. Not 100% first time but will try againMy colour arrived after approx a week which was quicker than I thought. The application process was easy, the product didn't have a strong smell like a lot I have tried. My hair after felt amazing, I was worried after seeing other reviews that it might feel sticky but I'm presuming others can't have followed the rinsing process properly. The colour wasn't 100% what I was after, slightly too warm and a but darker however I requested a refund and received one immediately. I could have had a replacement but I'm going away so it wasn't worth it. I think I will try this again and ask for some adjustments as I was so impressed with the ease of this process and how good my hair felt after. super happy with colorI love the color and the way it covered. I wasted the extra bottle because unfortunately I read the instructions which made it sound like the second bottle was not the same so we made it up ready to use it and I didn't need it as there was extra in the first bottle so I basically wasted the extra because the directions make is sound like a two step process not like there is a second batch for free. FrustratedI don't like the way this site is set up. I think u should be able to go in and change ur hair color by urself at anytime u like. I would like to change my hair color my hair is darker now then when I first started this plan so I need to completely redo my hair color and it won't let me do it and it is very frustrating not to be able to do so myself. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Horrible.I ordered light brown and what was sent to me was almost black. My hair is ruined and I'm totally horrified that I need to go to work looking like someone else.
