Be careful what you wish forGot the exact color I wanted and hoped for. It was beautiful. The only problem was my perfect color was too close to the gray/white I was trying to cover. It also had no contrast between my pale lily white skin tone and the beautiful blonde you created for me. Paste like haircolorI have been using hair color for about a year with great results. My last coloring turned into a gooey mess that took an hour to rinse out of my hair. When I tried to explain the problem to customer service I got an email staring I did not apply to roots correctly. Perfect!!UPDATE: I recently colored my hair and used the Lightlab. It was perfect! The highlights were exactly what I needed to update my look!! I love this product!!!! I'm hooked!!!I absolutely love this color, my stylist prescribed a darker shade of the same color for my roots, and the the 2nd bottle for the remainder. No one even asked if I colored my hair, it's that close! My hair is down to the middle of my back, and I had plenty. It is shiny, and feels & looks healthy, I'm hooked!
