Great product!I love eSalon's color kit & have shard this information with all of my friends. The color is exactly what I requested & I love having it shipped right to my door when I am ready for it. It has saved me hundreds of dollars since I started using eSalon instead of going to get it colored professionally for over $100 per visit. Amazing Customer Service!I love this product line! I especially am thrilled to how wonderful the colorist get back to you . I purchased my first color application and unfortunately missed abit in the back coloring. I let them know and within days recieved another application to redo what was missed. They are very prompt if you have any issues, and are more the helpful getting back to you in a timely manner. I really feel fortunate to have found esalon. Great quality but color was too darkI love esalon! The quality is always great. I had to go to a local salon to transition from red to blond. After that I went straight back to esalon. The only disappointment this time was that my new esalon color was a whole lot darker than the blond color I was expecting. So my light blond is now a dark-medium blonde. That's a huge shame! I don't know if this was my mistake or the colorist change due to concerns about sending too light of a color. They did send several emails about that. I sent them pics of my new color to confirm that I wanted the lighter shade. So I am thinking it was thier choice.
