Great coverage, shine and color and it is demi-permanent.This has been an awesome experience. I love the brown color, exactly what I asked for and the gray coverage for a demi-permanent color is absolutely amazing. I have really long thick hair and I only have to wash it once or twice a week, so this will probably last longer than a normal color at the salon. I had exceptional gray coverage and it can be stubborn sometimes. The smell is beautiful, which is such a welcome change. The best hair color I have tried!This product is everything it is advertised to be. It is easy to use and lasts just as long as going to the salon. I like the color that was mixed for me on the first try. I had an accident with one of my shipments, that was my fault. I called and explained and asked for a fast replacement. They kit was greatI loved the personalized kit! I was so excited to try it! I got the professional brush, bowl, drap and clips to go with it! It was easy to apply and it looks great! First time colourTried my personalised colour for the first time, surprisingly for me I made no mess! The colour was as I had imagined, very rich in depth and warming leaving a lovely soft sheen.
