The opposite of what I asked for.I really hoped for this to work. I understand that the color chart can be a little deceitful and each hair type is unique, but I specifically added a note in which I stated that I want a color as close to my natural as possible, that I really dislike rusty undertones and want light ash color with as little brown as possible. Disappointed - Not my requested colorBecause red is a hard color to maintain, my color faded into a reddish-blonde. This was expected. But I just redyed it and there's hardly any copper and my hair is brown. I understand that I was sent a root touch up, but because the red faded, my roots would in no way match the rest of my hair.
