I consulted with a specialist because I had so many different tones in my hair. After trying one color, I wasn't sure I liked it so consulted again and found exactly what I wanted. The responses to my questions were also very quick and helpful.

I ordered after seeing a review from a blog I read. When I received my shipment I opened the box to find one of my bottles of dye had leaked all over! I sent an email not in hopes for a refund or replacement just to let them know so maybe there was a way to prevent it in the future. Well to my utter shock, they refunded and shipped me a new order! I am absolutely beyond impressed with the care this company has for its clients! When I recieved my new box I colored my hair and I will tell you my hair looks better now than when I get my hair done at the salon! I am thinking about going a little darker next time but I am waiting to see if my hair fades at all first! Loving it so far!!! ♥️
