uneven resultsI was really excited when I received my color. The packaging and step by step instructions are great. You get two bottles of color: one for you roots and one for your ends. I asked for an eggplant color that was more on the purple side of the spectrum than red. Unfortunately my color came out a bit uneven. My roots came out lighter than my ends and are showing more red than purple. I'm actually ok with this color because it is giving me some multidimensional highlights. However, my ends look very flat and dark. I'm seeing very little purple. I'm hoping that after several shampoos it will lighten up a bit, but today and for the foreseeable future, I'm wearing my hair in a pony tail. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Nice Colour Awful FeelI was so excited to try this new way to dye my hair customised just for me. First issue was that it took a while to get to me, but still came earlier than expected. All in all the colour is great but thats about where it ends. Nice subtle smell, easy process, but afterwords my hair feels absolutely awful, during washing it out and after it had dried. I made sure to try my best and wash it all out but even after drying my hair is so greasy all over and made the back of my head full of tangles. Color complaintSorry, but I have a complaint about this last order #6532991, Sept 8. I have been using your products for some time now and have been very happy except for this last order. The color just was not the same this time and even hair stylist noticed a difference. The mixture was a lighter shade this time.
