Dull looking hairI was very disappointed this month with my color and then I realized that my colorist was changed without letting me know. Impressive at first....then, not so muchWith the first kit, The color came out nice and lasted for a good while before my persistent grays started showing. Second try to regulate intensity of colorI gave you a second chance to improve this color and it is still too dark and leaves my hair extremely dry. Perfect matchFirst time using esalon and was a little nervous for the colour match, especially as I use hair extensions on a very regular basis (99J). I needn't have worried as it is absolutely perfect! The application was easy, and the gloss and softness of my hair has never been so good!
