UnhappyUsed the soft black last night and followed instructions to the tee. I can still see a few grays and my previous hair color is still noticeable through out. Love it and leaves hair soft and halthyAbsolutely love my hair color. This was my 3rd order and this time color came our perfect. Love that eSalon works with you until it is the right shade for you and personalizes it until the color is what you want. Also love that afterwards it is soft and doesn't feel brittle and nasty like many other colors I've used. I followed up with the new highlights they have! Awesome as well and SOOOO easy to do.
