Super Impressed-Great root & end color!The root color was perfect. Not too dark & covered my gray very well. Also, the color for my ends only, is so beautiful, the color gives natural golden highlights. I also loved the color shampoo & conditioner. I did my color in a hurry, so considering that, it still came out very nice. I am very impressed!! The colorist really took the time to look at my current hair color (I provided a picture) & discuss all of my concerns over the phone. I am very impressed. I love the color!The ability to upload a photo and have something made for you is great! In fact you could do that every cycle. What a savings in money and time at any salon. Awesome ColorThe color came today and I used it immediately... The color is very easy to use and gives great coverage. Not what I expectedI was so looking forward to using this product . . . . to say the least it was a disaster! The whole process was messy, time consuming, stunk, and the results were not at all what I was hoping they would be. My hair was intended to be a dark golden blonde. I now have the color of dirty river water. It made a total mess of my long hair to the point where I've had to literally soak my head in conditioners and masks to help overcome the dryness.
