not the color I was expecting/shippingWhen I dyed my hair I was expecting a color close to what I ordered. I understand it usually comes out a little darker then I wanted. Well, mine turned out almost black and my tips have a blue hue to it which was not at all what I expected. Then my mom and I ordered ours on the same day and I received mine right away. 1st box dye - So happy!Thank you I love my hair so much better than it looked before. I loved that my hair felt soft from the shampoo & conditioner! It also didn't smell strong at all. Covers gray!I was skeptical about this hair color and if I would get same great gray coverage as my salon color and I did! They have great customer service and I'm no longer paying high fees to color my hair, which was every 5-6 weeks and sometimes monthly. EASYI had never colored my own hair in my life. At 61 years old, I decided to give it a go. I am so very happy that I did.
