Didn't cover my grays.... 😕I haven't colored my hair in probably 5 or 6 years...I like my natural color.... but now that I have gray friends everywhere, I thought I'd give it a shot! I did a lot of research on which product to buy, because I've heard my mom, aunts and other people say that gray was hard to cover.... finally settling on eSalon because of the specialized products and amount of detail they provide... And, well, it is hard. Obviously. Because here I am with dyed hair, color is kindof okay... but still have the grays. And, I paid extra to get the bowl, cape and mixing tools, etc...(planning to continue ordering with autoship) but never got them. So I cant really provide a review for those. disappointedWas excited to try your product! I followed the instructions exactly like it says. The results, the roots on top are lighter than the rest of my hair, and my hair, it looks dry and lifeless! Need to change colorDo not want Dark Brown want Medium Brown is this possible ? So disappointedI ordered back in April, I finally used it for the first time tonight due to I went to the salon for mother's day. It felt like goo in my hair, I still don't have it all out and I have shampooed 3 TIMES!!! I still have 2 bottles of this left and will NOT be using it!!! I have never had any problems with at home color but wanted to give this all the new rave way a go and NOPE!! Ok day 2, after washing repeatedly last night I wake up this morning and realize by my hair sticking up that it's still not all out, I have colored my hair myself for 15yrs now. I wash 3 more times this morning and finally got it all. Now my head itches and burns a stylist looked at it and said it's a CHEMICAL BURN!!! Thanks alot esalon, good job!! What TrashI am not an idiot and nor are others permanent means permanent, it must not wash out tones every time you wash your hair be it every other day and your good towels get stained throughout the 4 weeks. Best to stay with the box than this rubbish that they market as so brilliant. Plus shampoo does not even bubble like normal shampoo and the conditioner well it doesn't do much either, your own does fantastically. I have left eSalon as it is not fit for high class people let alone anyone else, and I will see if they have compensated me in my next statement as these people are nasty just after your money and do not care what you want for your hair, as you are entitled to have any shade but want to force their option upon you as my hair is not black but deepest brown. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Not what I requestedI was given 2 stages. 2nd stage was bonus. First stage imagine would be my primary and it was too dark. 2nd stage was perfect.
