ALL MY DOUBTS WERE WIPED OUT...I Initial purchased eSalon hair color back in Jan 2017, shoved it in my closet because I thought it was like the other products and never gave it a thought. I continued to go my hair dresser to have my roots colored along with my hair highlighted. I even bought over the counter root touch ups which faded out in 1 to 2 weeks. Well tonight I found that my eSalon in the closet and gave it a try.....OMG MY HAIR COLOR IS SO VIBRANT AND SHINY... What the heck was I thinking before, Why hadn't I tried this sooner... I could kick my self in the ass... All I can say is GORGEOUS SEXY HAIR.. I have never read a review on this I just stumbled upon it in an ad. This product is amazing. One star because there wasn't an option for NO starsI hate the black color that my hair color is now. The first 4 photos are what I had before your product was applied to my hair and I wanted to maintain and keep that color......Now I'm stuck with black hair! Tried to order color several times.I've tried to order color several times but your website only wants payment. It's not interested in what color I need or want. I've tried several times but it only wants payment and I have NO IDEA what color i'm ordering..Very confusing on how to order. Doesn't workI purchased hair color and was so excited to try it out. I was incredibly disappointed to use it and find my hair to be exactly the same. I thought maybe I didn't leave it in long enough, so I used the free second bottle to try again the next day, carefully following all the instructions. Guess what: MY HAIR LOOKS EXACTLY THE SAME. new userI have switched from Maddison-Reed online coloring and am much more satisfied with esalon. I am fairly new to coloring my hair and just wanted to cover my grays. Maddison-Reed was always too dark, even after choosing lighter colors 3 different times. After using an esalon colorist, she got my natural brunette color exactly with a little kick of red with a nice shine. Custom Color Auto ShipI have been using the custom color since 2014 and although, I have to make adjustments every now and then either to the color or the timing, I can totally rely on the product arriving when expected and the results to be perfect every time. I love having the color on hand for whenever I am ready to use it and not having to run to the beauty supply store. Since I am now 55 and my gray is a lot more prominent I do not want to look like I am 55, so I color about every 3-4 weeks.
