My gray just won't grab the colorOverall your product is great hair color and love the shampoo and conditioner. My problem continues as it did when buying boxed hair color. I am so gray resistant that even leaving the color on only roots longer than advised does no different. I am very good at painting color in 1/8 inch sections like a professional and use very good color hair shampoo and conditioners. Within 3 shampoos, i am spraying or painting in a temp color. Your team has been great trying to help as I have now used your product 3 times. I will not give up yet! Determined there is a formula to color me at least 2 weeks. loved it - now how to maintain it?I colored it October 8th and it's been looking great but now (10/29) starting to fade and a few grays (not a lot) poking out...not a root issue...just a little dull and my stubborn grays emerging. I ordered my 1st color for $10 and was THRILLED with the ease of it. In SeptembIn September, my color was due to be shipped (dark brown) and I changed it to LIGHT BROWN. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED LIGHT BROWN COLOR AS OF 11/1/17.....my last color was 6/17. My hair is seriously graying!!!!!! Why have I NOT received my LIGHT BROWN COLOR YET??? I have been charged for it and it was paid for, just have NOT received it yet. At this point, I will give you a few more days to make amends WITHOUT CHARGING MY ACCOUNT.
