One issue onlyThe color is great I really like it. The problem is with the gray coverage being slightly too red. We kept it on for a great amount of time before applying to the remainder of hair and it was too red. Not Hydrating EnoughThis formula was too drying for my hair. The color was nice, the kit was complete and everything arrived in a timely manner with clear directions and instructions. Unfortunately, in my case, it left my hair extremely dry, brittle and damaged/ prone to breakage. I inquired about more hydration but I didn't receive a response about it. I know that the formula for curly hair has more hydrating ingredients and that's what I needed after trying my first color, but I no response on that. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Color did not match requested colorI received my hair die and was super excited as in the past I have been happy with the outcome. My hair turned out very golden/red toned and it was supposed to be ash.
