Best Hair Color for Redheads!!!I'm a natural redhead and when you are standing at the store looking at hair color and you see rows of boxes dedicated to blonde shades and maybe two or three for red (usually shoved in with the browns), it's a bit frustrating. (But, hey we are only about 2% of the world population so I get it.) When I found eSalon my first thought was it would be a great in-between appointments option as I have long hair and was paying $250-300 a shot to get my hair matched to my natural color to hide the white (redheads don't go grey). I wanted to save some $$ but never thought I could get the same quality color that I was getting at my high end salon. I WAS WRONG!!!! I now use eSalon exclusively and love it! I occasionally go to one of those inexpensive haircut places to get a trim and last time I went the stylist said, "I absolutely love your hair color, where did you get it done?" Good idea but....When I colored my hair I followed the directions to a T! However, my hair is now a weird brassy brownish orange color on the roots, and dark brown on the ends. It really doesn’t look great. Before my hair was one tone so there wasn’t much of a variety of color for the dye to latch onto into different ways. I gave it a few weeks to see if it would wash out and blend together and it hasn’t. Also, I ordered a medium brown and it was nothing like the picture on the model. Maybe you could use different models with a choice of skin tone so we can have a better idea of how the color would look on our skin tone? Best color without a salonhaving worked as a cosmetologist for many years I was more than delighted with this service. The first color was not quite right so I asked for more depth and am now rocking the best color ever!
