Not the colour I wantedI wanted a golden and was sent brown. To top it off nothing was explained and I've just been sent more colour. So unknown to me is signed up to be send colour every 8weeks. Terrible color, way too darkI've heard a lot of great things about esalon, so I decided to try it for myself. I loved the ordering process and how smoothly everything went, however I chose the color medium brown golden copper for my already medium brown hair, and my hair is now DARK brown and has nothing even close to a golden copper hue. It looks terrible. At this point, I don't even know what to do with my hair.
