Love the color!I haven’t colored my hair in quite some time, I had decided to embrace my gray hair. After a couple of years, I decided that I wasn't ready to look this old. I can't see myself going back to the salonInitial color was too light, but I sent in my feedback and I'm really liking how the new color is turning out. I like having it shipped so I won't forget to to purchase it. The classic shampoo & conditioner provided makes my hair really shiny. Really niceI've only used eSalon twice. The first time, I ordered what I thought I needed. The results were fine, but I really needed an expert to give me more advice. The second time, the colorist who helped me was awesome. She talked me through the WHY she recommended what she did. The results were good with one exception... my hair ended up MUCH darker than I expected, and my grey roots weren't covered. I followed the instructions well, so who knows what happened. Looked nice but long ship timeI loved the color for the most part. It was a bit difficult to part my hair but I am new to this. The color was almost exactly what I wanted but needed a little more pearl to cancel out the golden tone and then something to lift up my natural highlights. Great productI love the convenience of e-salon. It colors great and doesn’t have the smell of other at home box colors.
