Love the colorMy color choice came out perfect for my roots. I was able to preserve my existing highlights for a bit of an ombré affect. Salon in a box!This is the best at home hair color I have used. My ginger hair looks bright and shiny and I even used the no ammonia formula. It was easy to apply. I have extremely sensitive skin and until a recent salon disaster went to Aveda salons. Their color is one of the more gentle on the market, but it always left my scalp red, burning, itchy, and generally angry during coloring and for up to a week after. This formula was itchy while I was coloring-BUT after shampooing and conditioning, my scalp was just a little red and the itchiness stopped. I look forward to trying some highlights next! 3 rd color orderI was looking for a particular shade of auburn color hair. The first one was too brown dark. The second one had too much red mixed in and I hated that color. I wanted a natural looking shade (auburn). So I tried one more time sent them what I wanted with a picture of what I have and a picture of their color sample so they know when I wanted and they got it right !! Give ESalon a sufficient time and keep letting them know exactly how they need to change the color and they will get it right or not charge you to fix it. I’ll stay with my plan as long as I can afford their very reasonable prices. I now in a few months have the color I want. Thank you ESalon for my new look.
