Too brassyThe only radon I trialed this product/system was to avoid red, brassy hair but that’s exactly what I ended up with despite updating my request! Now they won’t stop sending and billing me with more if the same!! I’ve tried canceling multiple time to no avail. Easy to Color Your HairThe instructions are clear and precise. Actually enjoyed doing the process. The end result was soft and covered much of the gray. Thanks, just what I was going for.I wanted to get the warm red out and go with a cooler brown-gold, and that's the result I got.
