Love this new colorSarah my colorist was terrific and really was so helpful and informative. She really listened and was also able to make me feel like I could do it next time by myself! Plus I live very close to the salon so am going to go pick up my next color tomorrow. I may even try a highlight kit too! I think the business plan of eSalon is terrific! Not as happy as I was a week agoI was sent a beautiful dark golden brown haircolor. When filling out the form I let him know that I had some resistant grays. I followwd the instructions to a T and watch the video prior to coloring. The color was beautiful until about a week later. All of my roots and grays are now a light golden brown almost blonde and the ends are dark..... It looks like I have roots again from the light color they turned.
