Surprisingly let downThe box, the packaging, the instructions—everything about receiving my kit was awesome, I just couldn't wait to color my hair! But unfortunately, the color turned out to be a lot brassier than I would've liked. I was looking for a dark ash brown with absolutely no red or orange tint and unfortunately, it's exactly that. Smells like pissColor where it worked looks nice too bad the roots are orange. My hair looks like crap and ill be spending bank to get it looking the way it should.... the color smells like urine and made the whole house stink I had to stay in one room during the waiting time so my 2 year old grandson wouldn't be overcome from the foul piss smell coming off my hair. The color left me looking mouseyThe color didn't prove to be anything like I was expecting it, on top of it, it made my hair look dull and mousey. I would never repeat eSalon again. So much more than I expected!After being out of the salon for 4 months due to illness, my colored and low lighted hair had given way to stubborn gray roots. A trim I can handle myself. Color not so much. So I handed over a photo and a bit of info somewhat reluctantly, unsure how it would turn out as my hair has a penchant for gravitating to orange. Received my kit today and immediately set to it. Great packaging, instructions and tools! My hair came out exactly the color I had hoped for, looking shiny and healthy! So unlike the the scary drug store box color and so like I had just come from the salon! Don't wait like I did. Place an order and within a few days you'll be back to looking like your beautiful self! Thank you so much for empowering me to take the initiative instead of anxiously waiting for my salon appointment still 5 weeks away! Great Color match. Great CoverageI'll be honest. I've gotten three shipments of the color and I have only used the first one so far. Between one thing and another, I haven't color treated my hair in over a year. However, the last time I used the product it was fantastic. The color was a near perfect match to my natural and the coverage was excellent. I'm starting to get a few grays popping up and this color covered/blended them in nicely. I never thought I could do it my self and like it. I love it!!!I have been going to a get my hair done at a salon for 30 years. Was pressed for time and could not get there so I thought I would try. I am so happy that I did. I absolutely love the product and it was so easy to do. The color came out great. I not only saved a ton of money but it is a great product and I would tell everyone to try.
