Colorist didnt listenMy first order was perfect, The second one went too dark and now the third time I am so embarrassed my grey roots are way lighter than the shaft of my hair. Perfect!!! 🙌🏼I loved the personalized box, with all the extra items that made it super easy to color my hair (gloves, skin protectant, conditioner. So cute!) The recommendation that my colorist gave me was spot on (just go one shade darker, not two) and the directions were simple to follow, with good tips (add left over color + water in the shower and lather for even results.) What a difference! Jan 2018 still in love with ESalon!This hair color is wonderful. The color becomes richer each day after application. I tried the tip of adding water during the last five minutes for the multi dimensional effect....it worked! My hair looks simply amazing and the grey is completely covered and blended in. Great Color, easy to use, made my hair look even healthier!I tried esalon after noticing my sister's hair looked super healthy and shiny. She told me it was esalon and I should try it.
