So easyThe process was exactly the same as the box color from the store. Only with better quality. Would have preferred something closer to the photographs I sent in but I did appreciate that my survey and pictures were actually looked at when formulating the color. Best hair color I have ever used.I had to start coloring my hair at age 18 due to gray hair. I have done every color, but I stayed for years as brunette. When I was totally gray I changed to blond through my hairdresser. She moved so I tried a few "over the counter" brands. Finally finding eSalon. Best hair color on the marketI have been coloring my hair for over 20 years. I have never hard a color that lasted 7 weeks..I receive my shipments every 7 wks. Custom Hair Color as good as or better than the salonI absolutely love the eSalon custom color. I filled out all my information and sent my picture. I received an email almost immediately advising a change in the requested color after the consultant reviewed my picture and details. They were spot on. I have used my color several times. I even stopped and returned to the salon for a few times. After paying $150.00 for my color and cut a few times I discovered I wasn't any happier having this service than doing the color myself.
