So happy I tried itI'm normally don't do reviews ....but with that being said I am so pleased with my results I wanted to share my story . I lost all my hair due to chemotherapy 2 years ago and when my hair grew back it was not healthy and I hated the color which was totally different than before So I went to a salon and after being excited to finally have enough hair to color I ended up very upset and disappointed the color washed out in less than 2 weeks and I was told because of my (medical issues ) there was nothing they could do So I decided I would give eSalon a try I am beyond thrilled my hair has not been this soft or shiny in years the color is exactly what I wanted and it was so easy to do myself I found my perfect color and I am still blown away by the price And the fact that I did it myself WOW 😊 Thank you 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. It took some tweaking, but!The first formulation for my preferences did not meet my desires. HOWEVER! Loved color- poor grey coverageI loved the color! Was even thinking about adding a bit more aurburn to color next time. But I am so disappointed by grey coverage. No change in colorThe color chosen for me did not take, after 2 different attempts to change the requested color to a different shade before it was due again, it was never changed, so I put my plan on hold and now trying to get the subscription cancelled all together. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Too darkI like the color but it is much darker than I was hoping it would be. I suppose when I said dark auburn, I wasn’t sure how dark that would actually be. My hair is almost black now though, no hint of red in it at all.
