I was really surprisedI have not used liquid color for years. I have gone total cream for so long I completely forgot how easy it was to apply and work with liquid coloring.. I am really pleased with you products. the only thing I have a problem with are your prices. Being on Social Security is really hard and I cannot afford to double my cost in hair coloring. Virgin hairSilver haired and finally convinced to color my hair. Product and instructions easy to use and follow. Has taken a week or so and seems to have darkened a shade or two since first day. FANTASTIC PRODUCTBeing partialy handicapped it's hard for me to color my hair so my sister-in-law does it for me. Although the instructions are easy to read and follow it took us a couple of tries to perfect the whole procedure. She's not a beautician and was petrified that she would ruin my hair. If I have a question the employees are always there to help. I called once to tell them the color wasn't covering some of my gray hair. The technician listened to my concerns and adjusted the formula and its been perfect since. My color is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! I've had strangers actually come up and tell me I've got gorgeous hair. When I tell them it's dyed they can't believe it because it looks so natural. Of course, I tell them how and where they can get the same results.
