Surprised Me!I have been going to the same salon for about 12 years and my hair stylist moved to a different state. The last few hair stylists were not doing what I wanted so I decided to take a break and try this product. It was the first time I had ever colored my own hair. The color was a little darker than what I wanted but it has lightened with washes. My hair has been soft, the color is lasting even though it has lightened a bit but I really like it. DisappointedI found eSalon to be no better than any other box dye. In fact, I would have been happier with a semi-permanent from the drug store rather than the permanent shade from eSalon that was the only one available in the colour I wanted. Although I admit it was very close to my natural shade, it turned out much more drab than the picture. wrong color- hard to wash outI ordered dark brown for my roots. They came out auburn/brown... I have to get root touch up at the store to re-do them. Also, when I got in the shower to rinse out the color I had a moment of panic because the dye was stuck in my hair like wax and was difficult to get out. Cancelling my order today. Terrible, horrible results.If I could give you zero or negative stars I would. I ordered a strawberry blonde with lots of red. When I used what you sent me I got brown hair and most of it fried- I have to get most of my hair cut off after using this product.
