Hair feels great but don't like the colourI followed the instructions to the letter but my roots ended up redder than the ends. The ends are just brown when it should have been copper red. MehWell, I was really enthousiastic after my first purchase. I thought the color was absolutely gorgeous. For this second order, regarding my roots, I'm afraid I was not as convinced. Of course I know it's normal to have a less vibrant color on the roots than on the length, and that it'd be ill-advised to re-do the length every time. However, I felt this time the overall impression was a bit dull. Plus it doesn't really match the previous color. Sorry, but disappointment is in order. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Despite my complaintsDespite my complaints, the colorists just don’t want to make any changes to the color! The color is very drab and way too much ash looking. I took the color into my salon at home and found out the put blue in my color! I have never had blue in my coloring before, it has always been violet! This has been communicated but they still will not make the changes so addios esalon I will find a salon that will honor my wishes and does as I like and knows work for my hair! If at first you don't succeedI tried eSalon for the first time in October and initially did not get the color I was going for. But eSalon definitely made it right. I received credit to place another order, adjusted the color, left notes and received responses for all my inquiries and alterations. An eSalon representative/colorist had even called me to go over my options and discuss what I would like in my next color. The order had been customized carefully and I am much happier with these results! My roots were still a little darker than I was hoping for but the difference between roots and ends looks as if it was an intentional style and I like the color of the ends so I am definitely ordering again in a few weeks! 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.
