Great Color and Excellent Customer Service.My initial review included three issues I'd experienced and unfairly blamed on eSalon. Joke was on me, because all of the issues were my fault, and were not the result of an allergy but of overbrushing with a fake Mason Pearson (go ahead, judge), me being a hot mess in the shower, and my naturally dry hair follicles (yech). What's most important was how eSalon and specifically, the graceful Porshawna, handled my sitch and my 'tude. They responded to my review directly on this site (tone was of concern and hope for rectification). They contacted me via telephone immediately. They refunded the price of the kit. And when I called them to come back for more because the kit actually worked magic they asked questions to make triple sure I hadn't had an allergic reaction (again, no allergy, refer to thefakemasonpearsonincidentthatwasmyfault). When I asked them if I could pay for the original kit cost, they wouldn't let me. Very few businesses demonstrate customer service at this level of excellence. Thank you! Shape of permanent color bottleYou have made the opening of the color bottles larger than they were in the past. I have found now that the larger opening is a problem when pouring into the plastic developer bottle. Which has a small opening. The past 2 times I've mixed these the permanent color has spilled over onto my counter. Not sure why you changed that. Not the colour I ordered. But Still good!I followed the instructions step by step and asked for the light Ash Blonde. It didn't come out as light as I wanted it and turned out quite dark. However I still really liked the colour. It is basically my natural hair colour that I haven't seen in years! Not a block colour either looks like I have highlights and low lights. Great coloring product still, but the shampoo packet is a pain in the showerThe packet doesn’t tear right; the hole wasn’t big enough to extrude the shampoo out. I didn’t want to leave the shower dripping wet to find scissors either. Needless to say, I kept the water running longer than I should while I struggled to re-tear the packaging. Nope.I’ve colored my hair for quite awhile so this isn’t like my first time doing this. My roots are almost black and there is a distinct line in my hair where you can see the 2 separate applications of (the roots and the ends) colors. I even shortened the time I had it in my hair and it still came out incredibly too dark. So I won’t be ordering any more from eSalon. 2 of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
