If I could give 0 I wouldI was excited to try this and save money doing my own hair at home but I never even got my first shipment. When I tracked it, it kept saying it was on its way. I contacted customer service to see if I could get another one shipped since I had an event coming up soon and needed my hair done and it was obviously lost in the mail. They responded by telling me to wait another week since I was not going to get it on time regardless.. I had ready waited almost a month (my next order was being ready to be shipped). A good reputable company would’ve shipped it to me overnight since it had breads been almost a month since I ordered my product and I had been patient about it. You don’t tell your customer you’re out of luck you’ll have to wait some more because we don’t want to spend the extra money over nighting it. Shame on you. Instead of saving money, I ended up spending more because I had to go to a salon at the last minute and I’m sure everyone knows how hard it is to get into a good salon at the last minute. I still haven’t gotten my product or refund since they still have the hope that my product will arrive sometime in the future. SMH and Rolling my eyes. Seriously! Wake up! Shipping is SLOW!!I can’t really review the actual product yet because after 2 weeks it has not been delivered. I can say that I am very disappointed in the shipping. I decided it must be lost and was just going to have them re-send it. Apparently it can take 12 business days from the day shipped to be delivered. According to the tracking the package has not moved in the last 5 days. I can’t imagine a package in transit that long would be delivered un damaged. This is it!I've used other high quality at home hair color and they worked well for awhile, but then my hair wouldn't color the same. So far using eSalon, the color and staying power have been much better and it feels more natural. Never usedBought product and changed mind. Never used product. I was put on auto ship that I did not request. Tried to go onto account to return product. There is not an area for returning unwanted or damaged products. Very disappointing 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Beautiful custom colorThese days it can be expensive to go to a salon so esalon is a fantastic alternative. The color I wanted is exactly what I got. Great color and so easy to useBeing a redhead I love my hair and don’t want a different color but I also don’t want pesky grays. This matches and blends my hair so perfectly.
