New subscriber-couldnt be happierI recently got my first subscription order. I had just gotten done with a very disappointing experience with another online subscription hair color service (M.R.) and had seen other people had good luck with esalon. I have colored black hair, with natural mousy brown as a base. I went through the options and based on the colorists suggestion went with the soft black intense pearl. The delivery came very quickly and included a warmer gloss for my ends, as a freebie. Awesome surprise! After doing the color, (including the gloss!) I can say that I havent loved my color this much in years, if EVER! The color is deep and intense but also soft and natural. I RARELY ever write reviews on products but this is one that I felt I must. My hair feels healthy and shiny and the color makes me so happy to see every day!! Color is just ok, my fault when orderingThe formula is thick and kind of oily so it stayed in my hair and felt really greasy until I used vinegar to get it completely washed out of my hair the next day. BEST PRODUCT EVERABSOLUTE BEST PRODUCT IVE EVER PURCHASED. EVER. I have been using this hair dye for years, after going between nearly every red on the market and from salons. Once I used this, I never went back. The color is insanely realistic, I've gotten thousands of compliments over the years on the quality of the color. Putting the color on is simple and normal, throw it on for 30 minutes and your hair will be stunning for weeks. The customer service is so great and truly want the color to be perfect for you. Every box comes (in super cute packaging) with the dye, shampoo, conditioner, a color protectant for your skin, a stain remover for after the process, a box of gloves (2 pairs I think) and a sticker to post your instruction up for easy read!
