First time userI am quite pleased and comfortable telling folks about this product. The coverage in general and specially with greys was better than anticipated. The thick creme-like formula is good, because there is absolutely no dripping of hair dye. I am a brunette with golden highlights. I do go out in the sun and the color just got a bit lighter without the horrible brassey reds that I do not want. I have bought it again, and if I need to tweak the formula - they are quite professional about that as well. The packaging is great with a personal flair! Shocked!I honestly thought I was going to turn my hair purple. This colour is not only exactly what my hair dresser does, it was so easy to do. Did not dye hair, but sure did damage itI used to bottles for my shoulder length hair. The dye got really hot on my scalp, but I still left it for the 35 minutes. When I washed it off, there was no color, but it definitely fried my hair and I lost a good chunk of hair while washing it off. I definitely regret it. 2 of 2 people found this review helpful. Horrible!! Blotchy and uneven.The color was horrible! I followed the instructions exactly, but my hair was two different colors. My roots were so much darker than my ends and my ends were blotchy. I had to color it over with a darker color just to attempt to correct it. Kicking myself for not canceling my membership immediately and now I have another color set on the way.
