Not crazy about it...I was very much looking forward to receiving my colour. When i did I was over the moon. Shipping was super fast and easy. However I found that the colour did not lift into my ends very well. My roots looked lovely. The exact colour I wanted. I was surprised as I dont have much prior colour in my hair and I haven’t dyed it in over a year and a half. I was just expecting a bit more. Perhaps I didn’t follow the instructions correctly? Best Hair ColorI’m in love with the outcome of this product. I like the fact that I can color my hair myself. The color is amazing and lasts a long time. UPDATED: Gorgeous.I was beyond impressed with my first eSalon purchase. The color mix they sent was *almost* perfect. I will reach out to my colorist for a slight tweak. It was so near to what I wanted that I hesitate to adjust anything; nothing has come this close to exact! I was very happily surprised by the in-depth instructions and quality of the product including the stain guard - SO useful - and shampoo/conditioner. Love that it's not tested on animals; I wouldn't have tried it otherwise. Thank you for the attention to details and the excellent product! EDIT 02/16/18: eSalon did it. They gave me my hair back!! Perfect matchSo glad I gave it a try, perfect match for my hair. I am impressed, that somebody can create color for me based on my specifications and a picture. I am not an easy customer in the hair color department, but I am blown away. In general I liked everything in my initial kit. Several decades of trying everything, I did not think I could be impressed with shampoo or conditioner, but I was. This was the first time I colored hair at home, it will definitely be a learning curve, to improve my technique.
