First timeI love the color but my hair felt dry and brittle afterwards. And yes i followed the directions exactly. And yes I used the shampoo and conditioner included. It's extra work but well worth it!It's nice to be able to sit in a chair and have someone do all of the coloring for you, but that's the only benefit of going to a salon!
