Customer serviceI received the incorrect color, therefore i called esalon. i was instructed to leave a message. Nobody has yet to return my call. I called esalon again today and was instructed to leave a message and someone will return my call. I will try again. (As far as the product is concerned, I've used the color before and liked it. I had requested a change to my color was assured a change would be made to my next order, however it was not. Love itI couldn’t recommend this enough- the box it comes in is lovely, it is SO easy to apply and the results are fantastic- I’ve had so many complements on my colour.
