3rd time is not the charmI've really enjoyed getting my hair color in the mail, but it seems they just can't get the color right. I've given them 3 tries, and every time I left a note with the colorist that my hair keeps turning out red. I want dark blonde with no hint of red. But, somehow my comments aren't being heard. Sorry eSalon. You had three tries to get it right, but I can't go another 6 months with red hair till you get my color right. Gotta cancel my subscription. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.
