Absolutely nailed the color!Thank you, thank you for adjusting my color! My husband and kids love it!! I described a small problem with my last color and you addressed it and I have beautiful, soft, very nice smelling hair (all of the shampoos I’ve tried smell amazing!). Plus I paid 1/5th of the price that I would have paid at a salon. I’m happy and the hubby is happy about my color and the savings! Hair colorI liked the color that was made for me, but it washed out of my blonde hair in about 2 weeks. It's not worth the money if it's going to keep washing out every 2 weeks. Needs more red!I love the dye but it only lasts 3 weeks. My box color I usually buy lasts about 8 weeks. My color is still brown but it's getting to the red I want. It needs more red/ violet.
