Horrible clumpy sticky tangled messI followed directions precisely. Called customer care and they said the new gel formula has had this issue. To try baking soda with some shampoo. Did. Repeated and rubbed thru. No help. Called 2nd time. Try dawn with shampoo. No help. 3rd call. Try clarifying shampoo with baking soda. Beyond frustrated. I hope my hair Isn't ruined. I wish I could attach pic to show what my before silky hair looked like to this dried out... dread lock.... sticky mess looks like. Not to mention feels like. Bad servicemy hair has become terrible. ends are dry. roots do not paint over. I cancel my order every time, but you withdraw my money. awful service. never again will I use this terrible paint. Easy to do!I absolutely love the color. I use Wen Cleansing Conditioner on a regular basis, so the conditioner that came along with the color made my hair feel gummy.(Otherwise my rating would've been 5 stars) Everything else was perfect. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Didn’t cover greysI’m a natural redhead and used the dark blonde copper golden. It was very hard to wash out, but I managed it. It didn’t cover any of my grey roots at the hairline. I did have major hot roots. Maybe I need a darker color but my next option is a light brown copper. My hair tends to grab brown so I’m unsure how to proceed. The technique was great.
