I hate salons - love thisEvery single time I've gotten my hair done at a salon, I end up walking out so disappointed. I am literally still trying to color correct a bad dye job from a "professional" over a year ago. I absolutely love ordering from esalon and getting a custom color. Great match and directions, didn’t lastI thought the product was great when I used it, it matched my hair perfectly. The directions were helpful, more so than normal box dyes. I also feel like it was more natural than the box dye I usually buy, it didn’t smell so strongly of chemicals. I was very happy with the product until a few weeks (3) went by and it seemed to have completely faded. I can see all of my grays again. Usually when I dye my hair it lasts at least 8 weeks or so. Not worth the $$Initially the color looked good, but within a week it had a cheap coppery faded gold tint that has only gotten worse over time. The color isn't nearly as natural looking as the one I've been buying at the local drugstore for a lot less money. The only thing that was worth getting was the apron/bib and the hair clips.
