Came out better than I expected! Beautiful color!What a great concept. i was blown away by the packaging and the easy to use instructions. Even though my initial roots appeared darker the overall hair color turned out beautifully. I love the color. I am not going to make any changes to the formulary yet. Wrong hair color but excellent customer service3/15/2018- Update: The customer service from esalon has been exceptional. They have been very responsive and have worked with me to find a resolution in a very professional manner. I very much appreciate and value that kind of customer service. (Original post) I wanted to try this product to 're-set' my hair to it's natural color. My color was supposed to be a dark mahogany brown. Instead, my is orangy red! I am going to have to spend quite a bit of money to correct the color at a salon (which is what I didn't want to do in the first place!) I will say, the customer service person I spoke with was excellent, however, he did confirm that they had recently had bottles mixed up and it looked like I was one of the one's who was affected. I AM SO SORRY i TRIED THIS PRODUCT. 2.8.2018- Following up- I did speak with a customer service agent originally and he stated he would talk to his manager to see 'what they could do' and at the very least, would refund the money I paid for the product. I haven't heard back from anyone at esalon (aside from the response here) and a refund has not been processed. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Absolutely perfectI love the custom hair color. I was able to indicate my current shade of hair color, my desired shade, etc. and the stylist mixed the perfect color. It shipped quickly to my home and came with everything I need. I am very happy with the longevity of the color and the quality.
