Hair feels sticky after dyingIf followed instructions exactly iv had to wash my hair 3 times and it feels like a sticky residue is stuck in my hair. The water is running clear so don't think it's any left over dye. I would like a refund please as I don't think I will be ordering again or recommending 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Can’t get rid of gunk even after 2 washesCan’t get rid of sticky gunk after dyeing. I washed shampoo multiple time to get rid of the gunk right after dyeing, but still left with sticky stuff and color started to fade away faster due to excessive shampooing. So happy!Finally a color I can apply myself and looks good! I had such bad experiences with haircolor from the supermarket. So I decided to color my hair only at the hairsalon. But only until I discovered eSalon. I thought it was worth a shot and I am so happy I did it! The color was easy to apply, the instructions were easy to understand and the result is gorgeous. Color blended in perfectlyI wasn't sure how this would work out for me but I LOVE it. I started out with a color that was darker for fall and decided I wanted something lighter. I finally submitted a picture of myself so that my color could be better customized. I am so happy I did. The color blended right in. Not too dark and not too light. It was exactly what I wanted.
