Die sticks to scalpLooking to cancel my orders. I have tried this 3 times and each time the die sticks to my scalp. It's impossible to rinse out even when following your instructions closely. It is a gooey, clay like substance that I have to scrape out of my hair. It takes 3-4 washes after the dying wash to get this completely out and not looking greasy and unwashed. I mentioned this prior to my last order and did not get any additional information on this besides what is in the written instructions. When I look at my hair, I feel sad.......not the effect I was hoping for. This color looks NOTHING like the colors online. I ordered a warm blond, and my hair looks like mud except not as shiny. My faultThe first hair color in February was utterly perfect. But I was wanting a little more this and a little less that and they did exactly what I asked. This is the best hair color. Beautiful, vibrant!I had tried to grow out my colored hair to show all my gray, but I had a change of heart and decided to get my hair recolored in a shade as close to my natural reddish brown as possible. I was not sure that demi permanent color would cover all the gray, but I didn't want the agressiveness and definitiveness of permanent color. Well, the results are what I wanted and more! Loved it from the start...I used this hair color just as they told me to. I added it to my roots first, then I wait 15 mins. after that, I added water to the almost empty bottle and poured it on my hair (in the shower) and massaged it in and waited 3-5 mins., then rinsed it out.
