Love the resultsI was so hesitant to color my hair for the first time in my life! With the stay-at-home directive, I missed my hair appointment mid-March. So mid-May, it had been over 3 months. To order, your color specialist called to discuss my color selection. She told me to send some photos taken outside rather than indoors so she could better determine the color. With her expertise, she tweaked the color just a bit. I got the personalized kit very quickly. Then, I watched all the videos, but still needed encouragement. With all this support, I colored my hair tonight and just love the results. My hair color has dimension, exactly the right tones and it was so easy. Thank you so much! Covid holdoverI ordered this color to hide my salt and pepper roots. My appointment coincided with the closure of small businesses due to the pandemic. I was very anxious about the thought of staring at the shelves of color at my local pharmacy. I figured this would be an easier way to choose in the comfort of my own recliner. I haven't colored my own hair for years but decided a bad color would be better than the charcoal ash look I was starting to sport. It was very easy to decide on the color and a stylist made sure my choice was suitable for me. I sent in a picture so she could visualize exactly the look I was after. The product arrived quickly and the instructions and supplies were impeccable. It did get scary when the color turned a really dark purple on my roots but I continued with the plan. Overall, it was easy. It covered my grays and lightened the dark hair that still remains. The after color conditioner made my hair feel great and my hair looks super healthy. Wow!!! I am shocked!!I have gone to high end salons my whole life and because of COVID-19 messed up with a drug store brand. Called e salon filled out survey, spoke to consultants and my hair is beautiful. I probably will never go back to a salon again! Impeccable!Presentation is myth e.g., the box with instructions, and the neat idea to provide an adhesive circle to tape the instructions to the mirror for quick reference... Brilliant. But the proof is in the pudding -- if you will. Honestly, I don't think I will need to pay a colorist to mix and color my hair! I ordered it and colored my hair myself -- because I had to during the pandemic. eSalon has been a silver lining. What a gift, what a vain lifesaver, what an affirmation. PleasedOverall I am pleased with how my hair turned out considering I have never colored my own hair. The back is little more difficult to do, but luckily I don't have as much gray back there. Even color, super soft hair!After coloring with e-salon my hair felt so soft, better than before color. I've always used store box hair color and hair has never felt this good. I used 2 step root, then ends. The coverage is very nice. The only small complaint I have is that I felt the Strawberry blonde color was a little to orange.
